Quality assurance 

Fisli és Társai Kft. has designed and implemented its innovative growing process, subject to constant scrutiny and analysis, for over 20 years. This allows us to guarantee our partners that our early potatoes conform to all food safety and food quality requirements. We meet all current trading standards and have held Global GAP and GRASP certificates since 2008 and 2020, respectively. 

We work exclusively with a team of committed and professional producers, many of whom have been involved with us for over two decades. This combination of mutual trust and respect facilitate Fisli esTarsai Kft. to source and to deliver premium quality potatoes year on year.  

Tracking 

Our tracking system is centred on the principle of ‘out of the ground and onto the table’, using an extensive, linked-up internal and external producer scrutiny. This process is enhanced by the professional trust and respect between the company and their select group of producers. Regular meetings and further laboratory tests strengthen this bond. Upon harvest, each contracted producer unit is equipped with its own unique identification code. 

Laboratory tests 

Our emphasis is on using the minimum necessary quantity of pesticides; a principle understood and endorsed by all our producers.  As an additional quality assurance, we consult and cooperate with other laboratories before and during harvest, to ensure we only deliver the healthiest pesticide-free potatoes to our partners.
